We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics / D365 Enginner who will apply advanced analysis skills and experience in the principles of architecting, designing, demonstrating, and positioning D365-CRM-based solutions. Responsible for researching and resolving all reported issues

responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, information technology, or engineering field is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Knowledge of or experience with Power Platform, PowerApps, Azure development, JavaScript, API integrations, XRM toolbox, PowerBI, and AI technology.
  • You have a self-starter and a team-player mentality
  • An enthusiastic, curious mindset and you are fascinated with technology
  • Enjoys working within a Scrum, fast-paced or Agile methodology and to communicate with your team, in an interactive and positive way.
  • Pragmatic, analytical, results-focused
  • Strong communication skills and a fluent command of the English language

requirements

  • Analyze, Design, and Develop requested new functionalities/changes within D365
  • Implement and deploy Microsoft Dynamics D365
  • Write Functional and Technical Release documentation
  • Analyze and advise on MS upgrades
  • Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing, and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Keep up with newly released functionalities at Dynamics Platform
  • Troubleshooting issues together with team and end users
  • Support on CRM usage
  • Develop and support system integrations using API
