The purpose of the IT Recruiter is to find the best talent to the company.
Our ideal candidate for this role should have good communication skills both in Portuguese and English, and eager to learn.

- 3+ years of experience in recruitment in IT area;
- Bachelor in Organizational Psychology,HR or similar;
- Desire to work in IT area;
- Good interpersonal relationship skills;
- Ability to work in autonomous way;
- Good knowledge of English, spoken and written (mandatory);
- Good knowledge of French, spoken and written (plus).
- Salary range between 1.500€ to 1.750€ depending on the level of experience
- Position is Hybrid
- Mapping and active search for candidates in the IT area;
- Post job opportunities in the different recruitment channels;
- Profile screening and selection;
- Conducting interviews;
- Conducting technical validations with candidates;
- Recruitment process management;
- Management of the entire follow up process with candidates.
